Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using URBN (the "Platform"), including our mobile application and web admin panel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. 

2. Eligibility

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use any feature of URBN.

Adult-Only Platform: URBN is designed exclusively for an adult audience. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the platform.

Verification: URBN reserves the right to implement age verification semi-automated systems. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be permanently banned immediately.

3. Child Safety and CSAE Compliance

URBN maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Content/Evidence (CSAE). Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or sharing material that exploits or endangers minors. Any such content will be removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

4. Account Registration & Roles 

Users are responsible for their credentials. URBN uses a role-based access system for Residents (verified), Local Businesses, Property Managers, and Admins. 

5. User-Generated Content 

Users grant URBN a non-exclusive license to display content within the platform. Illegal content, harassment, or fraudulent info is strictly prohibited and subject to removal via semantic intelligence moderation.

Zero Tolerance Policy: URBN enforces a zero tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users. Users who violate these rules may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently banned without notice.

6. Local Business Advertising 

Businesses must provide accurate information and comply with U.S. advertising regulations. URBN reserves the right to reject or remove ads that violate community standards. 

7. Subscriptions & Payments 

Paid features (like Matching) operate on a recurring billing cycle. Cancellations can be made via account settings. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. 

8. Limitation of Liability & Law 

URBN is provided "as is." We are not liable for user-to-user interactions. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County.
